Overview

We are now seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser / Hair Stylist to join our professional and commercially focused team.
This opportunity is available on either an employed or self-employed basis, depending on your career goals and level of experience.
We are looking for a confident stylist who takes pride in their work, understands the value of client retention and wants to grow within a structured, reputable salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring and styling services
• Provide professional, in-depth consultations
• Build and retain a loyal client base
• Actively rebook clients
• Recommend and retail professional haircare products
• Maintain professional hygiene and presentation standards
• Contribute positively to the salon team
Skills & Experience Required
• Minimum 3 years salon floor experience
• Strong cutting and colouring ability
• Confident consultation and communication skills
• Retail confidence and commercial awareness
• Professional, reliable and punctual
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent)
• Experience with premium brands advantageous but not essential
