DIRECTOR & BOSS MAN!
Neil opened Indigo’s doors in 2006 after 20 years of working as a self employed stylist. He wanted a place to grow a team of experienced stylists in a creative and relaxing environment for both staff and clients alike. After 12 years on Regent street, Boss man Neil opened Indigo’s new doors on the Parade in January 2018.
When Neil’s not in the salon you will often find him assisting top session stylists such as Eugene Souliman, Duffy, Martin Cullen, on fashion shows across the world. Once he’s home and back behind a chair at Indigo expect him to create the perfect look, men and women alike. He understands that a lot of women want to be feminine and glamorous without looking ‘overdone.’ Neil has an eye for detail paying attention to what style suits the individual, ensuring every client leaves with a style perfectly tailored to them. He also helps clients achieve their look at home with expert styling tips and practical advice.
Neil is now spending less time behind the chair, while he focuses on the business side of things (and is often our in house odd job man!).

SALON MANAGER & RESIDENT GLAMOUR PUSS
After a decade as a loyal client of Neil’s, Sam finally gave in and joined the Indigo family in 2010—and we couldn’t be happier!
As our fabulous front of house manager she’s the heart and soul of the salon, making sure every client’s experience starts with a warm welcome, professionalism and a touch of class!
Whether she’s booking your next appointment, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, or simply making your day brighter with her signature charm, Sam is the glue that holds everything together.
Her dedication to making every client feel valued and cared for is what sets the salon apart. We honestly don’t know what we’d do without her!

Director & Pocket Rocket
“Though she be but little, she is fierce!”—and we mean that in the best way possible! Danielle is a powerhouse of talent, knowledge, and creativity. With a vast expertise in all things hair, she has been a cornerstone of the Indigo team since 2008, working her way to the top with dedication and passion.
As an Aveda Colour Ambassador Danielle is our go-to expert for all things color. Whether we need a second opinion on a palette choice or advice on what would work for each client, she’s always ready to lend her keen eye and expert judgment. Her deep understanding of color, style, and shape allows her to craft looks that perfectly complement each individual, ensuring every client leaves the salon feeling their absolute best.
Beyond her role behind the chair, Danielle is also a mentor and educator, coordinating all of Indigo’s in-house training and workshops for our junior team members. Her commitment to sharing her knowledge and skills is just another reason why she’s such an invaluable part of the Indigo family

Originally from Lithuania, Lia has been creating beautiful hair for the past 8 years, bringing creativity and a genuine passion for helping clients feel their absolute best.
With five years of specialist experience in non - surgical hair replacement, Lia combines her expertise with a personalised approach, helping clients regain confidence through natural looking results.
Having studied a basic trichology diploma Lia has a keen eye for style, individuality and scalp health. Lia is passionate about continuous learning here with us at Indigo and we are delighted to welcome her to the family.

Receptionist
The Italian Beauty
Stefania is our wonderful full time receptionist, who makes up one third of our ‘power house’ reception team. You may not catch her the minute we open though, as her watch is still set to Italian time!
Stefania previously worked within hospitality in both Italy and the UK and this shows in her caring and hardworking nature. She is the face behind Indigo’s online sales and efficiently makes sure everyone receives their hair parcels on time. What a treat!
Coffee in hand, she is trying her best to teach the Indigo Fam a little Italian…..might take a while…..but luckily she’s here to stay.
We are also assisted by a wide team of helpers! From receptionists to our apprentices and trainees – the next era of stylists – we couldn’t do our job without them!
