DIRECTOR & BOSS MAN!
Neil opened Indigo’s doors in 2006 after 20 years of working as a self employed stylist. He wanted a place to grow a team of experienced stylists in a creative and relaxing environment for both staff and clients alike. After 12 years on Regent street, Boss man Neil opened Indigo’s new doors on the Parade in January 2018.
When Neil’s not in the salon you will often find him assisting top session stylists such as Eugene Souliman, Duffy, Martin Cullen, on fashion shows across the world. Once he’s home and back behind a chair at Indigo expect him to create the perfect look, men and women alike. He understands that a lot of women want to be feminine and glamorous without looking ‘overdone.’ Neil has an eye for detail paying attention to what style suits the individual, ensuring every client leaves with a style perfectly tailored to them. He also helps clients achieve their look at home with expert styling tips and practical advice.
Neil is now spending less time behind the chair, while he focuses on the business side of things (and is often our in house odd job man!).
Samantha Lea

After a decade as a loyal client of Neil’s, Sam finally gave in and joined the Indigo family in 2010—and we couldn’t be happier!
As our fabulous front of house manager she’s the heart and soul of the salon, making sure every client’s experience starts with a warm welcome, professionalism and a touch of class!
Whether she’s booking your next appointment, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, or simply making your day brighter with her signature charm, Sam is the glue that holds everything together.
Her dedication to making every client feel valued and cared for is what sets the salon apart. We honestly don’t know what we’d do without her!

Danielle Lee
Director & Pocket Rocket
“Though she be but little, she is fierce!”—and we mean that in the best way possible! Danielle is a powerhouse of talent, knowledge, and creativity. With a vast expertise in all things hair, she has been a cornerstone of the Indigo team since 2008, working her way to the top with dedication and passion.
As an Aveda Colour Ambassador Danielle is our go-to expert for all things color. Whether we need a second opinion on a palette choice or advice on what would work for each client, she’s always ready to lend her keen eye and expert judgment. Her deep understanding of color, style, and shape allows her to craft looks that perfectly complement each individual, ensuring every client leaves the salon feeling their absolute best.
Beyond her role behind the chair, Danielle is also a mentor and educator, coordinating all of Indigo’s in-house training and workshops for our junior team members. Her commitment to sharing her knowledge and skills is just another reason why she’s such an invaluable part of the Indigo family

Our unique and personable Chloe will always create hair that shows off the best version of you! A home grown talent of Indigo, Chloe has developed her own individual and distinctive style. Joining the creative team of stylists, Chloe combines technical expertise with a deep passion for creating beautiful and wearable hair. She has the ability to stay current in her hair game while maintaining a client-centred approachAs a Creative Director, Chloe shares her knowledge and skills by mentoring and teaching fellow stylists, inspiring hair creativity. Outside the salon Chloe channels her adventurous spirit into running and travel. A passionate marathon runner she has conquered courses in London and Rome. Every visit with Chloe will be a relaxing, personalised & fun experience where every client will feel cared for and confident. Everyone needs a ‘Chloe’ in their life!

Grace Johnson
Senior Stylist/Hair up stylist and belle of the ball
Grace joined the Indigo team after a career change in 2020 (about two weeks prior to a national lockdown!)
After offering occasion and bridal styling in her spare time, Grace wanted to retrain and also work as a salon stylist.
Her natural flare, and effortless touch, was obvious immediately!
Wedding or event hair is usually her domain, but she loves being behind the chair in the salon too, building relationships with her clients, to offer them the perfect individual look!

Indigo got a little bit brighter when Eryn joined the ranks. A ray of sunshine who never fails to put a smile on your face. She’s an absolute joy and a total beaut! Eryn’s impeccable style reflects in her work and she always knows how to style up any client. Training is something she does well and continues to build on her Indigo knowledge. Lucy Kindness
Stylist
Our lovely Lucy, what can we say…..a gentle, kind soul inside and out. After completing her apprenticeship with us, she is the first to achieve a distinction in all 9 units of her hairdressing training (Well Done Girl!) and so we were more than delighted to offer her a graduate stylist position here at Indigo.
Lucy already has a strong colour knowledge and particularly is enjoying cutting and styling. We look forward to watching Lucy blossom further in her career and building on her growing clientele.

Determined Klaudia hit the salon floor strong as our latest Graduate Stylist. She has gained experience with clients throughout the salon with her ability to involve herself and ask questions. She has a real thirst for learning and this is evident in all the amazing work she does. She strives to maintain her skills through colour and cutting and continues to build on her knowledge of all things hair. We love her and so will you.
Grace Jolliffe

Fun, is the word we like to use for Grace! She holds her own when it comes to banter and will always laugh with everyone. A happy go lucky girl who has worked so hard throughout her training. Confident with clients and creates beautiful hair too. Her training continues and we are seeing nothing but fabulous things from our lovely Grace.
Pawan Vaenngoen
Nail Artist
Our little beaut from Geneva has landed at Indigo and she’s here to stay. Talented in nail polish and nail art, she trained in Geneva and has now brought her nail artistry to Indigo. Pawan is also multilingual, speaking English, French, Thai and more. Offering gel extensions, gel polish manicures, hard gel infills and nail art, we look forward to introducing you to her talents and adding the finishing touch of gorgeous nails to your Indigo visit.

Our wonderful Bettina, Registered Nurse, Independent Nurse Prescriber and leading Lady of Skin Time aesthetics . Bettina has been an Aesthetic Practitioner for 10 years and is proficient in administering Botox and Dermal Fillers. Bettina’s calming and reassuring nature will ensure you receive the highest level of treatment. Her aim is to ‘freshen, not freeze’ offering only the best in facial rejuvenation.Indigo is delighted to have Bettina on our team and forever grateful for keeping us looking at our best.

Stefania Caserta
Receptionist
The Italian Beauty
Stefania is our wonderful full time receptionist, who makes up one third of our ‘power house’ reception team. You may not catch her the minute we open though, as her watch is still set to Italian time!
Stefania previously worked within hospitality in both Italy and the UK and this shows in her caring and hardworking nature. She is the face behind Indigo’s online sales and efficiently makes sure everyone receives their hair parcels on time. What a treat!
Coffee in hand, she is trying her best to teach the Indigo Fam a little Italian…..might take a while…..but luckily she’s here to stay.
We are also assisted by a wide team of helpers! From receptionists to our apprentices and trainees – the next era of stylists – we couldn’t do our job without them!
